By using altairresidence.com (the “Site”) or any service offered through it by Altair Residences (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

The Site gives information about the apartment community at 8501 Broadway St, Houston, TX, and forms to request a tour, apply, hold a home or send us a message. Please give accurate information in any form, and do not use the Site for anything unlawful or in a way that could disable, overload or harm it.

Holds, applications and leases

Sending a hold request or an application is not a lease and does not give you the right to occupy a home. A home is yours only once a written lease is signed and any required deposit and rent are paid. Your signed lease sets the terms of your residency.

Prices and availability

Rents, floor plans, square footage and availability shown on the Site are estimates and can change at any time without notice. Square footage is approximate and features vary by home. The rent in your signed lease is the one that applies.

Content

The text, photos, logos and floor plans on the Site belong to Altair Residences or its licensors. Some area photos are used under Creative Commons licenses and are credited on the page. Please do not copy or reuse Site content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
