Community Rules

Last updated: October 2026

Altair Residences is a neighborhood of its own, with families, shift workers and early flyers living side by side. These rules keep it comfortable and safe for everyone. Your lease and its community rules have the full details.

Keys and the leasing office

Keys are handed over at move-in, arranged with the leasing office. Report lost keys right away; a replacement charge may apply. Maintenance requests go through the resident portal or to the leasing office.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am every day. Keep music and voices at a neighborly level on balconies, stairways and in the courtyard at all hours.

Guests

Guests are welcome. You are responsible for your guests while they are in the community. Guests staying longer than the period set in your lease need to be added to it.

Pool and courtyard

Follow the rules posted at the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult, and glass is not allowed in the pool area.

Balconies and patios

Keep balconies and patios tidy. No grills, storage of trash or hanging laundry over the railings, unless your lease allows it.

Parking

Park only in resident or visitor spaces, with a vehicle that runs and is registered. Inoperable or unregistered vehicles may be towed under Texas towing rules.

Pets

Many homes are pet friendly. Breed and weight guidelines apply, and pets must be registered with the leasing office before they move in. Assistance animals are always welcome and are not treated as pets.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping rules are set out in your lease. Never smoke near the pool, the playground or open windows.

Laundry room

Remove your laundry promptly and leave the machines and the room as you found them.
