What we collect

We collect what you give us when you request a tour, apply, hold a home or send a message: usually your name, email, phone number, move-in dates and what you are looking for. We may also collect basic analytics, such as pages viewed and device type.

How we use it

We use your details to answer you, arrange tours, review applications, prepare leases and payments, and stay in touch about your home at 8501 Broadway St. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and the community, for example our leasing software, email tools, payment processors and, with your consent, screening providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Advertising and analytics

If we turn on analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel), those tools may set cookies and receive a scrambled (hashed) form of the email or phone number you submit, so we can tell which ads lead to tours and applications. You can block cookies in your browser and the Site will keep working.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to leasing@altairresidence.com. We will reply within a reasonable time and as the law requires.
